Cooperation between higher education facilities and employers as condition of quality graduates training

Last Friday on June 8, the bank’s employees held a meeting with the representatives of the Economics departments of Kyrgyz higher education facilities as part of a round table.

The purpose of the round table was to assist young specialists in fulfilling their potential in the future profession and employment.

During the meeting, Aigul Nurlanova, specialist of the staff development division of the Bai-Tushum Bank HR department, spoke about a new project – the Banker Summer School. It will help the graduates of universities or colleges to get excellent hands-on knowledge pertaining to work from the best practitioners with the possibility of further employment.

“For us it is important that the trainees of the Banker Summer School complete quality training and receive all the practical knowledge at a high level, since that one can learn the subtleties of profession and the most important and essential skills that a professional and sought-after banker should possess in practice only.

Aigul Nurlanova also noted that practical activities allow students to see their future profession from different angles and to delve into the subtleties of their future profession.

About the project

The Banker Summer School was launched by Bai-Tushum Bank in May 2018. The training program is designed for a month. Upon completion, the trainees take the exam tests. Thereafter the graduates receive personal certificates from the bank.

The training will take place from July 2 to July 20, and internship – from July 23 to August 6.

The best graduates will have an opportunity to start a career in Bai-Tushum Bank.
