- Loan amount: from 20,000 KGS
- Loan term: up to 5 years
- Repayment schedule: individual or annuity
- Security: up to 150,000 KGS under the guarantee of 2 persons and movable property, in excess of KGS 150,000, immovable property must serve as a loan security

- decision of founders on appointment of manager
- financial statements
- the documents, confirming ownership title over the property being pledged

- the documents, confirming entrepreneurial activities (certificate of registration, licenses)
- work experience in the sector, which is funded;
- other documents, confirming incomes (if any)
