Ergashbai Saipov was born in 1947 in Osh region of Kyrgyz Republic, he has a many years’ work experience. During life he mastered several necessary crafts such as: woodworker, carpenter, miller, gas welder. He worked in different factories, and was marked with different awards for conscientious and long-term work.

So, beginning from 2003 he began to engage in production and selling of national sweet confectionery – navvat. This type of business was chosen because has been transmitted from generation to generation and has become a family one.  Ergashbai quickly learned all the subtlety of this business. And beginning from this time production of navvat became his main activity, that brings income. After becoming a master in his business, Ergashbai involved his sons as assistants.
