Burulbubu Derbishalieva was born in Talas oblast. Everyone in the village knows her as a hard-working and honest woman. In the past she worked as a shepherd in Russia Collective Farm. Every day she brought the cattle of neighbors to the mountains, and in the evening she brought all of it back.

After collapse of the Soviet Union, Burulbubu managed to buy a shed in the mountains using the money she saved. This was the main impetus to her activities as an entrepreneur.

The first time she came to Bai-Tushum and Partners Company was on the Talas branch opening day in 2007. After learning that the institution offers loans for agriculture she decided to give a try to starting her business. Thus, in 2007 she received her first loan for small cattle breeding. Of course, it wasn’t easy, but the large family supported her, and everyone in the family was working hard. Burulbubu repaid the loan in 2 years and was able to make the dream of her eldest son come true – he bought a car for passenger transportation.

In December 2009, she obtained a new loan to increase the number of horses. This time, after repaying the loan and receiving income, she is planning to repair the house, and adjoin a new room.

Derbishalieva Burulbubu, thanks to her hard work and persistence, increased the number of livestock two-fold. Now Burulbubu grows sheep, goats and horses, as well as is engaged in field husbandry. The virile character of Burulbubu helps her to make her dreams come true and not rest on her laurels.
