Adalat Murzuraimova, the head the Kyrgyzbai Farm, was born and has grown up in the Kyrgyz-Ata village in a family of the agriculturist. Adalat, after graduating from school, right away began to work in the Telman Collective Farm. After collapse of the Soviet Union and close of many collective farms Adalat began to run business in: animal and field husbandry. That time she had 1 cow, 8 sheep and 1.5 hectares of arable land in her housekeeping. Adalat was a mother of three children and she understood that all of them required good education; and household expenses were high.  After certain period of time she understood that without external funds she would not be able to construct good business. Therefore, in 2002, Adalat turned the Bai-Tushum and Partners Company for the loan of 60 000 KGS; she used the obtained loan to buy some cattle and to lease some land for the purpose of potatoes and corn cultivation.

To date, Adalat is the owner of successful business, having obtained 9 loans from the Bai-Tushum and Partners Company for a total amount of more than USD 13 000 in 9 years period. Adalat processes 4 hectares of land continuing to cultivate potatoes and corn; she is also involved in animal husbandry – she has 1 horse and 20 sheep in her farm. Adalat managed to spend her earnings for buying 2 trucks, for building a house for the elder son and for providing the younger daughter with good education. All family members provide Adalat help: they look after the cattle; cultivate land; and her sons are involved in sales of the farm products.

Adalat Murzuraimova plans to expand the family business; therefore three years ago she began building the shop where she would be selling the agricultural products and forages for cattle. Adalat Murzuraimova, thanks to her hard work and ability to make right decisions at a right time, has managed to make her children confident in sustainable future, well-being and prosperity. Adalat actively participates in public life of the village: jointly with the other women she is involved in amateurish performance, she sings the Kyrgyz folklore songs. After all, songs help to work better and to overcome all the difficulties!
