Kyrgyzstan is known for its Issyk-Kul Lake, the majestic snow-capped mountains and ski resorts. The resort, which is most famous among the skiers, is located in Karakol c. That is why Karakol has a well developed hospitality industry. One of the clients of Bai-Tushum and Partners Karakol branch – Zaitunam Hodjaeva, currently owns a profitable hotel business in Karakol. After retirement, not to be a burden for her children, she started the shuttle trade business. Zaitunam wasn’t young already. So, after building some capital, she decided to try to start a small business in Karakol.

She started by running a sauna, which she rented. The business slowly developed, and Zaitunam decided to use the proceeds derived from sauna to construct her own hotel complex.

The idea was very good and competitive, because the complex included cafe, internet club and sauna. Then Zaitunam Hodjaeva realized that she couldn’t manage all this by herself and she decided to obtain a loan. After gathering all the necessary information about the lending institutions and after analyzing all the pros and cons, she opted for the Company Bai-Tushum and Partners. Thus, in December, 2009 Zaitunam Hodjaeva obtained a loan from the Company for construction of a hotel complex. She named her complex “Tien-Shan Bereke”.

Nowadays, despite a great competition, Zaitunam has regular clients and steady income that enables her to timely repay the loan, to improve her material conditions, as well as to open barber shop. “Tian-Shan Bereke” complex employs five people. Employees of the complex are happy with their jobs and salaries.
