Conditions for a loan provision:

• Currency: KGS
• Geography: all regions except for cities Bishkek and Osh
• Interest rate: KGS – 19% annually
• Commission: 1% of the credit amount
• Loan amount: from 50 000 to900 000som
• Own contribution: from 20 to 30% (not only money, but value of a parcel, building materials, working force might act as matching).
• Credit terms: from 1 to 10 years
• Guarantee: personal property and surety, real estate

Requirements for a borrower:

• The age is  18-65  years. Maximum age of a debtor that can get a credit has to be defined so that the date of the final credit repayment is at least one year before debtor’s retirement age.

The list of main documents:

• • a copy of the passport of the borrower and the spouse, guarantors (if any) and the pledger with the spouse, if the pledger is a third party
    documents on the marital status of the borrower (and the pledger, if any)
  • certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur, or a patent (with a loan amount over 500,000 soms)
  • Copies of documents confirming the conduct of business;
  • Guarantee of business owners (at least 51%) (for SME clients);
  • Other documents confirming work experience (as required by the Retail Lending Guidelines and the SME Credit Guidelines);
  • Certificate of salary (if any) for the last 12 months (continuous experience of at least 6 months);
  • Other documents confirming the amount of family income (if any);
  • Documents for pledged real estate (registration certificate, title document, certificate of the absence of a ban);
  • Documents for movable property pledged (if any), an inventory of movable property and inventories pledged;
  • state land acquisition act or lease agreement (when using land)
  • documents for pledged real estate, a vehicle (registration certificate, title documents, a certificate from the State Register about the absence of a ban
  • documents for pledged movable property (if any), inventory of inventory items pledged
