Scheduled maintenance of the processing infrastructure

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that scheduled technical maintenance will be carried out on October 19, 2026, in connection with a planned software update to the Bank’s processing infrastructure.

The maintenance is scheduled to take place from 04:00 to 06:00. During this period, VISA card transactions may experience intermittent service disruptions, with a total interruption time of up to 20 minutes.

The maintenance is intended to improve system stability, transaction processing speed, and the security of bank card operations.

During the maintenance period, certain VISA card transactions will be temporarily unavailable, specifically online purchases, transactions at ATMs and POS terminals operated by other commercial banks. Upon completion of the update, all affected services will resume normal operations.

All other Bank services will continue to operate as usual.

We recommend planning your financial transactions in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
