Elcart payment system – is the broadest network of ATMs in Kyrgyzstan

Bai-Tushum Bank offers its clients Elcart bank payment cards in the national currency. Elcart payment card issued by Bai-Tushum Bank enables you to make non-cash payments for goods and services at trade and service outlets, receive cash at cash disbursement outlets and through ATMs in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as make payments for utility services and other payments to service providers.

Bai-Tushum Bank issues and services the following types of payment cards:

• Payment cards for individuals

• Payment cards for the recipients of social allowances and payments

How to obtain Elcart payment card from Bai-Tushum Bank:

1. Make an application and execute agreement for Elcart payment card issue and service at any of the Bank’s offices;
2. Present passport or any other ID;
3. Pay card issue fee and annual service fee.

SOCIAL PAYMENTS CARD

Under the agreement concluded with the Ministry of Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic Bai-Tushum Bank offers Social Payments bank payment cards in the national currency to its clients, who receive allowances and compensations.

Social Payments card advantages:

• free annual card service;
• access to money on 24/7 basis through ATMs across the country;
• on-line control over all operations through sms-notices and through Internet banking;
• possibility to verify the ownership of card by its holder (personalization);

PENSIONER’S CARD

Under the agreement concluded with the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bai-Tushum Bank offers its clients, who have reached retirement, Elcart payment cards to receive pension.
