Maksatbek Ishenbaev, the CEO of our bank, when he was a child dreamed of becoming a policeman, an investigator and even a bus driver, like his father. And he began his career in 1993, a turning point for the country. That year a lot of people left Kyrgyzstan, and the National Bank needed personnel more than ever. On the wave of changes, then a very young specialist, Maksat Ishenbaev, got into the Credit resources department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, thinking that it should be cool to manage such resources. ?
In a video taken for the Banker’s Day of Kyrgyzstan, Maksatbek Beishenbekovich talks about how he got himself a job without a CV and interviews, about his first impressions and first salary.
