Bai Tushum Bank prepared a series of commercials dedicated to the Banker’s day

We prepared a series of commercials on the Banker’s Day, asking top managers and heads of divisions about how they began their careers at the bank, what they remembered the most and why they still continue to be bankers. The answers were very interesting and sometimes unexpected.

For example, an Executive Committee member, Kanat Kurmanov, made it to Bai Tushum Bank thanks to his mother, who took his CV to Bai Tushum by herself after seeing an advertisement about the recruitment of trainees in the newspaper. Yes, he also began his career of a banker from an internship and working as a loan officer. ?

But unlike Kanat Maratbekovich, your path to the bank may become easier, because now you have the opportunity to get into the Banker’s School.

This year the School will have two groups:
✅ 1^st group will take place in Bishkek from June 17 to July 12.
✅ 2^nd group- in Osh from July 8 to August 2.
