GULNARA SHAMSHIEVA – General manager
A determined, firm of purpose, persistent and exigent person, possesses an attractive charisma and a developed feminine pragmatism. A manager-woman achieves an astounding success exclusively thanks to her intelligence. Gulnara Shamshieva has an experience as an accountant and a financial observer of ACDI/VOCA representation in Kyrgyzstan from 1997 to 2001. The Company under her direction has developed itself dynamically for 10 years already, gaining its position of a leader in the microfinance market. Since April 2001 she has been appointed as a General Manager of the Company. Gulnara Shamshieva has taken a CARANA specialized course and IBTCI specialized course on financial and administrative registration, participation in the training program of the Institute of Small–scale enterprises Development in Manchester (USA), on the special course for microfinance organizations. In 2008 she finished extension courses in the Banking school of the USA Bank Association. Gulnara Shamshieva has worked in the microfinance industry since 1997. She graduated the Kyrgyz State National University, faculty of law and economy. She has САР certificate, The Union of Accountants and Auditors member, as well as has CARANA, IBTCI, MFC and other international training centres certificates. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ NURGUL TOROBAEVA – Deputy General manager Graduated from the International University in Kyrgyzstan, Higher School of Economics and Business, Master in Economics. Nurgul Torobaeva works in microfinance sphere for 10 years period. She has a work experience as an expert on reorganization of the financial system, chief expert on methodology and supervision and manager of the audit and monitoring department. She has completed the following courses: • Asian Bank of Development, “Use of Consultant Service”, “Project Implementation and Administration”; • Bank training centre, “Program of Trainers Instruction”; • FAO/GTZ Microbanking System Project, “Microbanking Training”; • MFC, «Risk management».

Graduated from the Kyrgyz State University, faculty of law, specialty of jurisprudence. Galia Shafeeva has a professional experience in legal documents preparation and expertise , representation of the interests of «Bai Tushum and Partners» Company in judicial ,notarial and other state bodies, development of standard-legal acts: regulations, policies and procedures of the Company on microcrediting and other matters. She has the working experience in banking establishments such as, Joint-Stock commercial «Kyrgyzenergobank», Joint-Stock commercial «KyrgyzKRAMDSbank», and Joint-Stock commercial insurance company «Saktoo». Galia Shafeeva works in the Company since its foundation. As a Legal councilor of «Bai Tushum and Partners» Company Galia Shafeeva is in charge of the legal service of the branches, coordinates the branches activity concerning the problem microcredits.
DINARA AITYKEEVA – Operations manager
Graduated with honours from the Kyrgyz- Russian Slavic University, faculty of economy, specialty of”Mathematical methods and operations research in economy» and faculty of law, specialty of «Criminal law». Dinara has a more than 8 years working experience in the banking sphere. Worked for the last several years in the Close Corporation Joint-Stock Commercial Bank «Tolubai» - in several sub-departments of the bank, such as «Department of deposit operations», «Agency of exchange transactions and securities operations», «Department of plastic cards» etc. Possesses the professional experience in making out the normative base and accountability, different projects introduction, correspondent relations establishment and maintenance with other financial institutions, reception and processing of specialized programs etc. She has been Head of the department and she supervised the work of the branches and the bank` s savings banks. Dinara has worked for the Company since rather recently. Initially she was a Deposit Manager in the Company, and then she continued her work as a Treasury Manager at the same time with the principal job. For a short period of time she proved to be a competent specialist and a responsible person, who can direct people and achieve the set goals. She has certificates on the courses: - “Tools and Techniques for effective financial Risk Management”; - “Non-financial accountability”.
AINURA MAKSUTOVA– HR manager Has two higher educations – pedagogic and psychologic. Has a work experience of 15 years period. Also she has a work experience in the sphere of formal and informal education and work as a trainer. Ainura has a work experience in the international projects connected with informal education and educating adults – education during the whole course of life as well as work experience with various age-related and social groups. She is a member of HR club of Kyrgyzstan.
