The Closed Joint-Stock Microfinance Company “Bai Tushum and Partners” created a special program called “Client Protection” aimed on improving customer service, which allows you to provide feedback on Company’s operation, quality of service as well as to bring forward suggestions on improving its activity. In each case we are ready to provide explanation and resolve raised issues.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE:
Recommendations and complaints submitted to the Company verbally are considered by the regional or branch manager during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on business days. At that, if possible, verbally expressed recommendations or suggestions of the client will be addressed immediately. Procedure of considering recommendations and complains filed in writing may take up to 10 business days.

04.12.2009 The Company served charity lunches in honor of Qurban Eid [Eid al-Adha] all over the republic
“Bai Tushum and Partners” organized a single-time nation-wide campaign devoted to Kurban Eid celebration and held charity meals in local mosques. On November 27th, each company’s branch offered local residents a lunch cooked from meat of sacrificed animals – pilaf, shorpo (meat broth) as well as hot tea.

28.10.2009 The Company lowers interest rates for loans
In the scope of New Year campaign, “Bai Tushum and Partners” cut interest rates for all loan products.
