HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE: Recommendations and complaints submitted to the Company verbally are considered by the regional or branch manager during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on business days. At that, if possible, verbally expressed recommendations or suggestions of the client will be addressed immediately. Procedure of considering recommendations and complains filed in writing may take up to 10 business days. |
