Human resources policy opens opportunities of substantial carrier growth and development for Company’s employees through planning, evaluation of their activity and training. Remunerations and bonuses strategy makes our Company to be the even more competitive employer at the labor market. Company’s management continuously improves and creates attractive work conditions for its employees, thus motivating them, and supports their desire to raise qualifications. In 2008 the number of employees in the Head Office increased for 24% and in branches for 43% against the year 2007; Company-wise the number of employees increased for 41%. At the end of 2007 the Company employed 123 people, and at the end of 2008 – 208. At that, personnel turnover by results of 2008 was only 17% proving employees’ loyalty to the Company. Motivation and remuneration The Company tries to constantly monitor changes at salaries’ market to remain attractive for job seekers and current employees. Company’s bonus system is designed in a way to make sure each Company’s employee is interested in both improvement of work productivity and continuous increase in professional level. The Company takes into account individual contributions of all employees. Motivation system is transparent and encourages both increase in personal performance and responsibility of each employee for the team work results. Training and Development In 2008 the Company continued investing in training and development of its personnel: 120 employees participated in various internal trainings, and 14 employees took part in external trainings both abroad and in Kyrgyzstan. Once a quarter the Company has introductory courses for new employees to familiarize them with specifics and peculiarities of the lending process. Such introductory training courses introduce them to basics of working with clients, skills of efficient sales, and work on improving the quality of servicing clients.
