 | Rating "β+", awarded by the M-Cril agency for social transparency, 2009 The Company, one of the first in the Central Asia, has received a rating for its implementation of the social mission. The rating was carried out by the international rating agency M-Cril which has assessed the social performance of the Company and has awarded a rating "β+", that means, that the Company uses good management systems and adheres to the social mission and values. In addition, the exparts of the M-Cril have mentioned the following as strong qualities of the Company: highly skilled Board of Directors and top management with a rich work experience in various spheres; well established organizational structure and division of labor; satisfaction of the clients of the Company with a wide spectrum of services and terms; and high satisfaction of employees of the Company by their work environment. | 
| "Silver" award for social transparency, MIX, 2009 The company "Bai-Tushum and Partners" is the only company in Kyrgyzstan which has been awarded with the award "Silver" for social transparency. The award has been founded with a view of encouragement of the microfinance organizations for disclosure of information in the field of social activity. | 
| Rating "BBB", awarded by the Rating Company "Microfinanza”, 2008
In 2008 the Company was subjected to the international evaluation of its performance by the International Rating Company «Microfinanza», with the result that the Company was awarded with the "BBB" rating. The drop of the 2008 rating in comparison with the previous "A+" has been susctantially connected to the decrease of the rating of the country, due to the influence of the world crisis. Experts focus attention on high proffessional level of the management of the Company, on dualified personnel, on effective procedures of the internal control which have allowed providing essential growth of the Company, having kept thus the high quality of a loan portfolio. |

The Company is one of the winners of the CGAP competition "Financial Transparency Award" in Kyrgyzstan. Independent highly skilled experts and International auditor Moore & Stephens, carried out the analysis of the financial reports of 231 microfinance institutions from 62 countries of the world, in order to assess their conformity to the international standards of the finance reporting and to the CGAP requirements to disclosure of information. "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company was among the 20 best institutions. |

10 years of successful work allowed the Company to take a leading position on the Kyrgyz Republic market. In the frame of ambitious plans of development Company intends to intensively increase the volumes of crediting, to expand the spectrum of rendered services and improve the institutional potential. One of the important steps in the Company’s development is – rebranding, that reflects the large-scaled internal changes, in the basis of which an active transition into the model of development of client-oriented business lies. This step will allow to correspond at maximum to high requirements of the modern market and to open new horizons of growth remaining at the same time committed to its social mission and values. 
Company, together with “Kiva” Fund has launched a new social-oriented project in Bishkek, Talas, Osh, Djalal-Abad and Naryn branches. In the frame of this project loans are being disbursed to socially-vulnerable segments of people with the grace interest rate for two years period. Till the end of September Company plans to implement the project in other branches. Implementation of the pilot project was carried out with the participation of Sam Trauffer – Kiva Foundation fellow, who came to our country for the purpose of rendering assistance to the Company on implementation of the project.
